Father God, we ask for Your Holy Spirit to fill us with Your wisdom. Lead us in discerning Your will for the future direction of the St. David’s community and identifying those 2-3 clergy candidates who best fit St. David’s needs at this time and be our leader in enabling us to achieve what You would have us become.
Also, Father, we thank You for calling these twelve individuals, each a dear daughter or son of Yours, to this task. Holy Spirit we ask that you fill each of them with godly knowledge and depth of insight, with patience, and with respect for each other throughout this discernment process. May all their discussions and proceedings be accomplished with a goal of unity of purpose and mind. We ask all of this to Your honor and glory. In Jesus Name we pray, Amen.
