If anyone is looking for a volunteer opportunity, think about being a Meals On Wheels driver.
Volunteering in Eaton County and Grand Ledge can be a very enjoyable time. The clients are so happy to see you and thankful for the food.
Unfortunately, one of the routes out of Grand Ledge has recently had to go from a Monday to Friday hot-meal delivery schedule to a once a week delivery of frozen meals due to the lack of drivers. There is also a need in Delta Township and Lansing.
